Pricing and Billing
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged on California orders only. If you are located or do business in California please provide with valid California Resale Certificate to waive sales tax from your order.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.
- I have a question on my charges.
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
- I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site. Go to "Review orders / Track Packages". Go to order page to print invoices.
Shipping and Returns
- When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain unmarked packages and processed within 1-5 business days. Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.
- What are my shipping charges?
Our shipping rate is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment, the shipment method you choose (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and your destination address. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.
- Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?
We ship everywhere in the world! Our international shipping rate is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment, the shipment method you choose and your destination address. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.
Please note that importation of merchandise into countries other than the U.S. may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order. Netpinky.com can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to eimburse you for any additional fees incurred.
- How do I track my order?
Whether you placed an order you can track your order online. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If you're not sure whether or not your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account / Order Status page.

2) Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

- How do I edit my account information?

Click the Sign In link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click there. Enter your email address associated with our site and click "Submit" button. The password will be send to your email address.
