Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s) for store credit, refund, or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all tags, parts and accessories.
If order amount after return is less than minimum purchase order amount required, which is $100 per order, only store credit will be issued for authorized returned items. No exceptions.
The following items are never returnable:
Underwear - panties, thongs, g-strings, etc.
Hosiery - stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, socks.
Wigs and wig accessories.
Pasties.

Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return and/or exchange instructions.
Refund Process and Timeframe
You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit to www.Lingerie4Whiolesale.com only. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.
Lingerie4wholesale.com processes all returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned items to our warehouse. The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 21 business days for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item. You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted.
All unauthorized returns will be refused. All unclaimed packages might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred
